Our story began in the spring of 2009 when CHEF AGUSTIN FERNANDEZ, a lover of Peruvian Cuisine, decided to open a restaurant with the vision of creating the best Peruvian culinary experience in Bellflower. Trained from the age of 15, when he began his career as a chef's assistant at a prestigious Peruvian Vegetarian Restaurant, it was there that he found his love, passion and talent for the culinary arts. he explored various recipes from a part of Peru and brought them together in our menu.
